The ECC was founded in 1987 to provide an industry forum and the basis for the development of new technologies resulting in the continuous improvement of Exterior Insulation & Finish Systems (EIFS). It has since provided the industry with a Quality Assurance Program that ensures consistent and proper design and installation for the EIFS throughout Canada.
