FundyPros, employees and families join hands to donate fundraiser proceeds to United WayThursday, July 21 2011
On June 11 2011, FundyPros hosted a company picnic and what a great turnout it was! In fact, more than 200 employees and families participated in the event filled with carnival games, a BBQ and much more. Even with all these activities, it is safe to say that the highlight of the day was our fundraiser : DUNK THE BOSS. That is, to raise money for our charity of choice, United way, our President volunteered to sit above a tank of cold water, while employees and families would try to DUNK THE BOSS by throwing balls at a target. Proceeds came from employees and families who purchased balls. We’ve since donated all the proceeds ($437) to United Way.
We would like to thank all who contributed for creating opportunities for a better life for everyone in local communities across Canada.
